For this weeks recipe you will need 6 scotch bonnets, 4 carrots, an onion, 1 potato.
You will also need 2lbs of rump meat and kidneys of a patient.
Some pastry will also be nessary.
Rough cut all veg and meat and stew for several hours.
Make pie crust and pie lid.
Fill with stew and place lid on top.
Cook till golden brown and serve.
