Well kiddies we are getting close to the referendum, so I thought it would be nice to resurrect my recipe book. Giving you plenty to chew over.
The recipe for today is Steak and kidney postie.
First you will need an onion, a carrot, a potato, a can of Guinness, some pastry and a postman.
Rough cut your vegetables, and your postman’s rump and kidneys.
Put in a pan and slow cook in the Guinness until tender
Make a pie crust and lid.
Fill with postie stew and then cook until golden brown.
Delicious. My mouth is watering already.
